Online learning for wellness and reablement
With wellness and reablement, you can empower older people to pursue lives that are:
- Happier
- Healthier
- More dignified
Learn how with these short, interactive modules. Drawing advice from real experiences, they help you support your clients in staying independent for as long as possible.
How to access eLearning modules
Taking only 10-15 minutes to complete, our e-Learning modules are available to access at any time from either:
- Desktop
- Tablet
- Mobile
To access a module, click the accompanying image or ‘Register /Sign in’ button. This will open our Learning Management System (LMS), where you will be asked to log in. You can log in by:
- Using your Keep Able Go1 login details
- Registering with your email address and a password
Once you have logged in, you will have access to all the modules.
Module: Communicating wellness and reablement (updated)
This module looks at:
- How wellness and reablement differs from ‘traditional’ care
- Strategies for applying wellness and reablement in your work
- How to discuss and reinforce wellness and reablement strategies with your clients
You’ll learn how to work with your clients to help them be independent for as long as possible.

Module: Overcoming resistance to wellness and reablement
This module looks at:
- Common barriers to wellness and reablement
- Why some clients might resist wellness and reablement
- Practical tips for overcoming client resistance
You’ll learn how to help your clients accept and thrive in wellness and reablement.

Course: An evidence-based tool to promote reablement
This course contains two modules:
Module: Introducing LifeCurve™ – Part 1
In Part one, you’ll learn about the LifeCurve™. The LifeCurve™ is a visual tool for promoting reablement. It can help make discussions about reablement with your clients easier.
Module: The Power of LifeCurve™ – Part 2
In Part two, you’ll discover how the LifeCurve™ can be used for:
- Assessment
- Goal setting
- Support planning
You’ll learn how to use the LifeCurve™ to get your clients excited about reablement.
Module: Everything you do for me, you take from me
Dedicated exercise programs are not the only way to feel good and age well. Everyday activities like driving, writing a grocery list, or getting a coffee with friends can:
- Move the body
- Stimulate the mind
- Foster meaningful connections with important people and places
In this module, you’ll see how the complexities of everyday activities can support healthy ageing and independence.
