Our workforce perform their roles – authority comes from the position of the organisation.  

How do we measure up?

  •   The workforce is recruited, trained, equipped and supported to deliver the necessary outcomes for consumers; 
  •   Guidance, support and mentorship is provided by supervisors and peer to peer; 
  •   Delegations of authority are in place 
  •   Staff are encouraged to identify opportunities for improvement and log same via the organisation’s feedback management systems. Improvements are assessed and where implemented, communicated, monitored and evaluated for effectiveness.
